Decro continually strives to create and maintain a genuine sense of community within each of its developments. Providing residents with educational and supportive social services is essential toward building community and helping improve lives. Some of the services offered include early childhood education, day care and after-school programs, workforce development, life skills training, computer training, and fiscal literacy.
