Public Agencies

In 2018, Decro’s Firmin Court project was one of the first recipients of funding under the City of Los Angeles’ Proposition HHH, a $1.2 billion bond measure approved by City voters in November 2016.  Since then, Decro has drawn on Prop HHH and other public funding sources, including Los Angeles County’s No Place Like Home program and California’s Department of Housing and Community Development’s Supportive Housing Multifamily Housing Program and SB 2 Loan Program, to finance projects.  In addition, Decro’s social service partners rely on Los Angeles County funds to support their resident services programs at projects.
