Since the financing of its first affordable housing projects in 1994, Decro has built and maintained an extensive network of relationships with private financial institutions, CDFI’s, and tax credit investors to secure the debt and equity needed to fund the development and construction of these projects. Decro recognizes, however, that traditional sources of financing alone cannot help meet the critical shortage of affordable housing. For that reason, Decro is now reaching out and creating new relationships with private capital sources like social impact funds and foundations.
