Los Angeles County is experiencing an unprecedented homeless crisis with nearly 59,000 individuals living on the street, in vehicles, and in shelters, a 12% increase over 2018. Decro is helping alleviate this crisis by developing permanent housing with essential supportive services for those who are homeless or at risk of becoming so, as well as creating affordable housing for low-income families and seniors.
